In December 2007, Sonnet Enterprise Services Pty Ltd (SES) was acquired by EuroConnXion PLC, a company listed on the PLUS Markets of London (Code ECNO). EuroConnXion, will soon be changed to Sonnet Corporation PLC. The name Sonnet Corporation PLC (Sonnet) will be used in this document and refers to the new business and listed company.

EuroConnXion (Sonnet) is a provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) to the Billing Delivery market in Europe, utilising a product known as ConnXion. ConnXion has been deployed successfully for a number of corporations such as DHL, Coca Cola, News Corp and Telstra. SES is a provider of IT Managed Services and SaaS, with major corporate customers in Australia such as JetStar, Tyco, McDonalds, BNP-Paribas and Alcatel.
